(A) There is hereby established in the town a fund for the deposit of a grant awarded to the Town Police Department from the County Community Foundation. Said fund shall be referred to as the “Steuben County Community Foundation Grant Fund”.
(B) Monies deposited in the fund of the County Community Foundation Grant Fund shall be expended without appropriations only for the purposes for which the grant was awarded: provide safety equipment to town police officers.
(C) Any unexpended monies in said County Community Foundation Grant Fund shall be returned to the County Community Foundation at the close of the project or if the Foundation determines the grantee has not performed in accordance with the grant agreement.
