§ 35.13  DONATION FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established in the town a fund for the deposit of all donations made to the Town Police Department with specific sub-categories of accounts under the fund for each type of donation received. Established fund and its sub-categories of accounts shall include any donations to the town through personal donation or fundraising, including any donations from use of the town park, any donations from use of the Community Center Building and any donations to the Town Police Department, as well as any other donation to the town as determined by the Town Clerk-Treasurer which would require the creation of a separate and additional sub-category of account. Said fund shall be referred to as the “Town of Orland Donation Fund.”
   (B)   Monies deposited in said sub-categories of accounts of the Town Donation Fund shall be expended without appropriations only for the purposes for which each sub-category account was established including:
      (1)   To fund maintenance and upkeep for the town park;
      (2)   To fund maintenance and upkeep for the Community Center Building;
      (3)   To fund maintenance and needs for the Town Police Department; or
      (4)   For any legal or corporate purpose of the town.
   (C)   All monies placed in said Town Donation Fund shall be invested and reinvested pursuant to the standard procedures followed by the town, and said funds shall not revert to the town’s General Fund at the end of each year.
