(A) A Major Moves Construction Fund is hereby established in the town, to be known as the “Major Moves Construction Fund” and shall be administered according to the provisions of the Act, being I.C. 8-14-16 et seq. for the purposes of funding those expenditures listed in the Act.
(B) In addition to funding those expenditures listed in the Act, such monies may be invested in accordance with I.C. 5-13-9 et seq. Proceeds from such investments may be deposited in accordance with I.C. 5-13-9 et seq.
