(A) Town employees who use personal cars for official town business shall be paid at the current federally permissible mileage rate for business mileage which is properly documented and approved.
(B) Town employees and officers who use personal cars for official town business are to be paid at the current permissible mileage rate for business mileage which is documented and approved.
(C) Payment of such mileage shall only be after approval by the Town Council.
