The Town Council hereby adopts, accepts and approves the Town of Orland Policy and Procedures Manual, which manual is attached to the ordinance codified herein as Exhibit A and incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference hereto, as the personnel policies and procedures which shall govern all of the employees of the town, as they exist and may hereafter be revised and amended.
