§ 32.03 DEPARTMENTS OF THE TOWN ESTABLISHED.

   (A)   The town shall establish such departments as are deemed necessary by the Town Council to efficiently and effectively carry out the services and functions of the town.

   (B)   The following departments are established:

      (1)   Department of Economic Development;

      (2)   Department of Parks and Recreations;

      (3)   Police Department (Town Marshal); and

      (4)   Volunteer Fire Department.

   (C)   The departments established by this section shall perform the administrative functions assigned to them by statute and ordinance.
