§ 32.01  BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The town shall establish such Boards and Commissions as are deemed necessary by the Town Council to efficiently and effectively carry out the services and functions of the town.
   (B)   The following Boards are established:
      (1)   Town Economic Development Commission; and
      (2)   Plan Commission.
