§ 150.37  ALTERNATIVE STATUTORY PROCEDURE AND REMEDIES.
   (A)   The remedies provided by this subchapter shall be in addition to any other remedies available to the town by the town code, administrative regulation, or state or federal statute.
   (B)   Without limiting the generality of division (A) above, the town shall also have such remedies as are set forth in I.C. 36-7-9 which is hereby adopted by reference pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9-3. When exercising any remedy provided in said chapter the Town Zoning Inspector is designated as the administrative officer, the procedural provisions of said chapter are to be followed and applied, and the term SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST is to have the definition set forth in I.C. 36-7-9-2. The provisions of this division (B) are in addition to any regulatory powers and provisions which the town has by virtue of this subchapter and I.C. 36-8-2-4.
