§ 150.35  COST OF ABATEMENT.
   In the event the Council causes or contracts to have the nuisance abated, all costs incurred by the town and associated with the abatement are to be reimbursed by the owner or occupants of the property, and upon the Clerk-Treasurer filing with the Recorder of the county, a notice of lien stating the name of the owner of record, the description of the property, and the amount of the costs incurred the town shall, have a lien against said property for the costs incurred.
