§ 150.06  APPLICATION FOR PERMITS.
   The Building Commissioner may refuse to issue a permit for the foregoing purpose, if the application for such permit is not accompanied by a plat or sketch of the proposed location showing lot boundaries, and by plans and specifications showing the work to be done. All plans for building construction under the authority of the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of the state are to be filed with the State Building Commissioner. No local permits are to be issued hereunder until a copy of a design release, issued by the State Building Commissioner and the State Fire Marshal pursuant to I.C. 22-15-3-1, shall be provided to the Building before issuance of a permit for construction covered by such design release.
