§ 112.03  CAFO WASTE DISCHARGES TO WATERCOURSES AND AQUIFERS.
   (A)   CAFO operations may not discharge any solid or liquid waste upon lands with drainage tiles or drainage conduits that lead to any surface watercourse, including any ditch, stream, river, reservoir or lake.
   (B)   CAFO operations may not discharge any solid or liquid waste within one-quarter mile of the bank of any surface watercourse, including any ditch, stream, river, reservoir or lake.
   (C)   CAFO operations may not discharge any solid or liquid waste upon lands where surface waters drain, leach or migrate into any aquifer that already contains nitrate levels that exceed federal safe drinking water standards.
   (D)   CAFO waste storage with a bottom that is not designed to completely prevent all discharge or escape of waste products into the soil may not be located upon lands where surface waters drain, leach or migrate into any aquifer that already contains nitrate levels that exceed federal safe drinking water standards.
