§ 112.02  REGULATION OF DISCHARGES TO AIR.
   (A)   CAFO operations may not introduce any waste gases or compounds into the air at levels that extend beyond CAFO properties in the normal range of human sense of smell and are detectable at any non-CAFO domestic residence.
   (B)   CAFOS operations may not introduce into the air noise at levels in excess of 75 decibels sustained for more than one hour in any single 24 hour period as measured at any non-CAFO domestic residence.
   (C)   CAFO operations may not introduce hydrogen sulfide into the air at levels that exceed 0.008 parts per million as measured at any non-CAFO domestic residence.
   (D)   CAFO operations may not introduce suspended particles into the air that exceed 25 ug/m3 (micrograms per cubic meter of ambient air) anywhere outside the boundaries of any CAFO properties.
   (E)   CAFO waste storage facilities that are completely enclosed and designed to prevent the escape of odor and gasses, may not be located closer than one-half mile from any domestic residence already in existence at the time the CAFO operations first begin. In the event the CAFO waste storage is not completely enclosed, nor designed to avoid the release of odor and gasses, then, it may not be located any closer than two miles from any domestic residence already in existence at the time the CAFO operations first begin.
   (F)   To the extent more than one of the above standards govern a CAFO emission, then, the stricter standard shall control.
