(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm, business or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 95.35 through 95.38 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any amount up to $50 per violation, payable to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town, and each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, in accordance with §§ 95.35 through 95.38.
