§ 94.15  REGULATION OF STORAGE AND WHOLESALING OF FIREWORKS.
   (A)   It is unlawful, within the town, to store fireworks of a kind not permitted to be sold under I.C. 22-11-14-8 within any building which has a common wall with another building or where the distance between such building and the wall of any adjacent building is less than ten feet.
   (B)   This section is in addition to any other restriction imposed by state or federal law, in the case of a conflict between this section and any state or federal law or regulation, the more restrictive of the same is to apply. This section is not to be construed as limiting the jurisdiction of any state, federal or county agency with respect to the sale, possession or storage of such fireworks.
   (C)   This section is to apply to any person, firm or entity regardless of whether the storage is for wholesale or retail purposes, or whether the storage is for eventual sale inside or outside of the state.
   (D)   Violation of this section shall constitute an ordinance violation.
