§ 30.04  INTERLOCAL COOPERATION.
   The town is authorized pursuant to I.C. 36-1-7-1 through I.C. 36-1-7-12, as it may be amended from time to time, to enter into joint agreements for the purchase or exchange of property and services with other governmental bodies.
