(A) There shall be reserved parking spaces designated and posted for handicapped parking.
(B) A parking space reserved for handicapped use is located north of the intersection of State Road 120 and State Road 327. This space is the first parking space on the east side of State Road 120, adjacent to the Joyce Public Library.
(C) A parking space reserved for handicapped use is located within the Town Park, on the west side of the handicapped accessible pavilion.
(D) Any person who parks a motor vehicle in the above spaces must conform to the directives contained in I.C. 5-16-9-5.
(E) Penalties and violations of this ordinance shall be as set forth in I.C. 5-16-9-5 thereof are hereby enacted by reference as if fully set out herein.
