All traffic-control signs, signals and devices shall conform to the State Highway Commission’s Manual and Specifications of Traffic-Control Devices and all signs and signals required hereunder for the particular purpose shall, so far as practicable, be uniform as to type and location throughout the town and shall be official traffic-control devices.
