§ 52.34  AMENDMENTS AND REVISIONS.
   The Town Council may, by appropriate action, amend, modify, delete, change or otherwise revise the general rules and regulations of the town municipal water utility as it may deem desirable and/or may deem necessary for the good of the utility operation for the public supply.
