§ 50.06  TOWN WATER UTILITY REMOVED FROM JURISDICTION OF STATE UTILITY RATE COMMISSION.
   It is in the best interest of said town and its residents and consumers that the water utility be removed from the jurisdiction of the State Utility Rate Commission, and that said utility is hereby withdrawn and removed from the jurisdiction of the State Utility Rate Commission.
