(A) The Village Board may by this chapter, determine and vary the application of any regulation of Chapter 155 in harmony with the general purpose and intent of this chapter.
(B) Application forms shall be furnished by the village and such application must be made by either the property owner or his authorized agent.
(C) No order for a variance, shall be valid for a period of more than six months unless such a use is established and approved within six months from the date of the variance approval or unless an extended time limited is to indicated at the time of the variance approval.
(D) Fees for filing of applications shall be as follows:
Single-family owner occupied residential $75.00*
Commercial, all other residential 150.00*
