§ 151.03 LOCATION.
   (A)   No dish-type satellite or dish-type microwave signal-receiving antennas or earth station shall be located in any front or side yard, but must be located to the rear of principal structure, or in the required rear yard.
   (B)   The required line of site can not be obtained from the locations indicated in division (A) above then a variance from the Planning, Zoning and Development Commission may be sought.
   (C)   No dish-type satellite or dish-type microwave signal-receiving antennas or earth station or portion thereof shall be located within five feet of a property line or encroach into or overhang an easement.
   (D)   No dish-type satellite or dish-type microwave signal-receiving antennas or earth stations shall be installed or constructed atop any single-family residence or any accessory structure. Except when said dish-type satellite or dish-type microwave signal receiving antennas are nine square feet or less in area with a maximum height of 12 feet, antenna installation to be on a tripod stand and to be designed to comply with Chapter 150 Building Code Regulations of the village without the use of guy wires, then said antenna shall be allowed to be constructed atop a single-family residence.
