It shall be unlawful to erect, install, enlarge or alter any dish-type satellite or dish-type microwave signal- receiving antennas, earth stations or portion thereof, regardless of size, height or location, without first filing an application with the Building Official in writing and obtaining the required permit therefor. Said permit shall have a fee of $100 for a maximum 12 feet in height.
