§ 150.200 BASIC PLAN REVIEW SYSTEM.
   (A)   Requirements. All plan reviews for construction in the village shall be submitted to the Building Commissioner, who will be required to initiate all phases of the basic plan review. This procedure will be as follows:
      (1)   Submission of plans which shall conform to the village ordinances;
      (2)   Plans for one- and two-family dwellings will be reviewed for applicable adopted Code compliance by the Building Commissioner, whenever possible; otherwise plans may be sent for review to an outside entity; and
      (3)   Plans to be sent to the Village Engineer for review upon receipt of plans by the Building Commissioner. After all the above steps have been completed, an additional review shall be made. Any corrections or notations made will be set forth by the Building Commissioner prior to approval. The Building Commissioner will notify the Developer as to the changes.
   (B)   Fees.
      (1)   The schedule of fees for the reviews as set forth in division (A) of this section are contained in the Appendix: Fee Schedule.
      (2)   A Village Engineer fee will also be required on one- and two-family dwellings, unless the Village Engineer has previously established grading and top of foundation requirements for the lot involved. Said fee shall be at the Village Engineer's hourly rate plus a $20 handling fee.
      (3)   Buildings other than one- and two-family dwellings: The village will charge a fee for review by the village’s current reviewer equal to the amount of the invoice received plus a $20 handling fee plus a fee for village review as contained in the Appendix: Fee Schedule.
   (C)   Additional review. If any additional review of previously approved plans is requested by the developer, any additional costs for such review shall be incurred by the developer prior to the plan being approved.
