(A) Except as otherwise required all concrete flatwork shall have a minimum thickness of four inches.
(B) All concrete shall be placed on a granular base of at least four inches. Where a deeper base is required, granular fill may be used. Lifts may not exceed eight inches in depth and each lift must be compacted.
(C) All concrete exposed to the weather must have a minimum cement content of six bags per cubic yard.
(D) All interior concrete shall have a minimum cement content of five bags per cubic yard.
(E) All interior slabs shall be constructed using a six-mil vapor barrier, and a four-inch granular base.
