The Village Attorney shall perform the following duties:
(A) The Village Attorney shall prosecute or defend any and all suits or actions at law or equity to which the village or any of its officers or employees may be a party.
(B) The Village Attorney shall, when requested, draft or supervise the drafting of contracts, leases or other documents or instruments, to which the village may be a party as well as all ordinances and resolutions.
(C) The Village Attorney shall prosecute all ordinance violation cases.
