Any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter may be revoked by the Village President for any violation of any provision herein; and such revocation shall be in addition to any fine imposed. No person whose license has been revoked as herein provided shall be eligible for a new license during the license period. The President may reinstate revoke licensed during the license period without payment of additional fee.
