(A) Where construction or alteration work is required for single-family occupancies, the applicants shall submit a wiring layout showing:
(1) Number, location, and type of outlets.
(2) Size of wire and conduit to be used.
(3) Number of circuits and their ampere rating.
(4) Location of service entrance equipment.
(5) Location of major appliances.
(6) Size of existing old service.
(B) Where construction or alteration work is to be done in other than single-family dwelling occupancies, the applicant shall submit with the application for permit, a complete wiring plan for approval. This plan shall indicate:
(l) Size of service conductors.
(2) The type and location of all outlets.
(3) Sizes of all motors and power consuming equipment, for example, all current consuming devices which shall make up the total connected loan.
(4) Sizes of conductors for branch circuits and feeders to be installed.
(5) The location of all panel boards and cabinets.
(6) The number and ampere rating of the circuits shall be indicated.
