§ 150.085.1 ONE- AND TWO-FAMILY DWELLING CODE ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.

The village hereby adopts the 2015 International Code Council's (ICC) I-Codes, including Building, Residential, Fire, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Energy Conservation, Private Sewage Disposal, Performance, Property Maintenance, Zoning and Existing Building Code; and the 2017 National Electrical Code of the National Fire Protection Association.
