There is hereby created the position of Building Inspector, who shall be appointed by the President and Board of Trustees.
(A) It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to see to the enforcement of all ordinance provisions relating to buildings or zoning and to inspect all buildings or structures being erected or altered, as frequently as may be necessary to insure compliance with the village ordinances.
(B) The Building Inspector shall act as ex officio Electrical Inspector, and shall have all the powers and perform all the duties connected with that office.
(C) The Building Inspector shall act as ex officio Plumbing Inspector and shall have all the powers and perform all the duties connected with that office.
