§ 150.005 SHED TYPE STRUCTURES; REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Requirements of structure.
      (1) No one wall shall exceed 15 feet in length with the total square footage of floor not to exceed 120 feet in area.
      (2)   The uppermost part of the roof shall not exceed ten feet in height.
      (3)   The walls of the structure may not be attached to an existing wall.
      (4)   No common walls shall exist between the shed and principle building.
      (5)   The shed may be located any distance from the principle building, provided that ample light and air to the principle buildings are not restricted.
   (B)   Approval; inspections; fee for permit.
      (1)   The shed must be anchored securely to the ground and be approved by the Building Commissioner.
      (2)   An inspection is required prior to construction of the shed entitled a preliminary inspection and a final inspection is also required after the shed's completion.
      (3)   The fee for a building permit shall be $40.
   (C)   Restrictions. The shed shall not be used for the parking or storage of any licensed motor vehicle with the exception of motor driven lawn maintenance equipment under ten horsepower.
