§ 134.02 PROHIBITION OF CRIMINAL PUBLIC NUISANCES; ABATEMENT THEREOF.

No person intentionally, knowingly, recklessly or negligently shall permit any property within the village to become, exist or to be used as a criminal public nuisance, and any criminal public nuisance found to exist within the village shall be subject to abatement in accordance with this chapter.
