(A) For purposes of this section, the following village property is designated as a public park:
(1) Kelly Park at 16675 Haven Avenue.
(2) Kelly Park - Lake Lorin at 9150 W. 167th Street.
(3) Storm Detention area located at 170th Street and 94th Avenue.
(B) For purposes of this section, the following property is designated as a tot lot:
(1) Kelly Park Playground at 167th Street and Haven Avenue.
(2) Playground at 17000 Redwood Court.
(3) Playground at 167th Place and 90th Avenue.
(4) Playground at 162nd Street and Hawthorne Lane.
(5) Playground at 161st Street & Elm Place.
(C) For purposes of this section, a school day is defined as weekday when either School District 135, 140 or 230 has regularly scheduled classes.
(D) It shall be unlawful for any minor child under the age of 18 to be in a public park before 10:00 a.m. on any school day except when attended by a parent, guardian or other person having legal custody.
(E) It shall be unlawful for any minor child, between the ages of 13 and 18, to be in any tot lot at any time except under the following conditions:
(1) When attended by a parent, guardian or other person having legal custody; or
(2) When attending to a minor under the age of 13 on behalf of that minor's parent, guardian or other person having legal custody.
