§ 131.06 CURFEW FOR MINORS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for a person under 18 years of age to be present at or upon any public assembly, building, place, street, highway or public way within the corporate limits of the village at the following times unless accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible person at least 18 years of age approved by the parent or legal guardian, or unless engaged in a business or occupation and only to the extent of the commute to and from such business or occupation:
      (1)   Between 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday;
      (2)   Between 11:00 p.m. Sunday and 6:00 a.m. Monday;
      (3)   Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. Monday and 6:00 a.m. Tuesday;
      (4)   Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. Tuesday and 6:00 a.m. Wednesday;
      (5)   Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. Wednesday and 6:00 a.m. Thursday;
      (6)   Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. Thursday and 6:00 a.m. Friday; and
      (7)   Between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Saturday.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible approved by the parent or legal guardian to knowingly permit a person in his custody or control to violate any of the provisions of this section.
