§ 31.028 PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE.

The Board of Trustees shall from time to time elect one of its members to serve as President Pro Tempore of the village or as acting chairman in accordance with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 3.1-35-35. The trustee so elected by the Board of Trustees shall assume the duties of President Pro Tempore when required by law.
