(A) Among the officers of the village to be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, and whose offices are hereby created and established, are the following:
(1) Village Treasurer.
(2) Chief of Police.
(3) Village Attorney.
(4) Building Commissioner.
(5) Inspectors in all departments.
(6) Director of Civil Defense.
(7) All deputies to officers.
(8) Village Administrator.
(9) Director of Public Works.
(B) All appointees may, from time to time, be suspended or removed from office by the President and Board of Trustees, and all vacancies may be filled in like manner.
