§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 113.02 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500. In addition thereto, such persons may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such a violation occurs constitutes a separate violation.

   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 113.20 through 113.25 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
      (2)   Any license issued under the provisions of these sections may be revoked by the Village President for any violation of any regulation hereof, and such revocation shall be in addition to any fine imposed by virtue of this section.
