(A) Applications for such licenses shall be made to the Village Clerk, and shall recite the name and address of the owner of the vehicle, the name or names of the persons from whom such deliveries are made, and the nature of the goods carried. The Village Clerk shall issued such licenses, and shall give to the Village President a list of all such licenses issued.
(B) The annual fee for such licenses shall be $50 for each vehicle. Such fees shall be paid to the Village Clerk who shall turn them over to the Treasurer forthwith.
