§ 111.66 INSPECTION.
   It shall be the duty of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner to inspect and examine the premises wherein retail liquor business is carried on, at least once every three months, the purpose of ascertaining whether or not all health ordinances of the village relative to the carrying on of such business are being complied with at such premises. It shall be the duty of every such person, group of persons, partnership, firm, or corporation licensed under the provisions of this chapter to permit such inspection to be made and to exhibit the premises to such persons making such inspection and a record of such inspection shall be kept on file in the office of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. A failure to permit such inspection shall be sufficient cause to revoke or suspend a license for the premise.
