(A) Each commercial and business establishment located within the village limits shall be required to obtain an annual business license. Application forms for the licenses shall be made available by the village.
(B) Each landlord renting any land, buildings, or any portion of a building, or dwelling unit(s) within the village shall be required to obtain an annual business license from the village. The applicant must list all properties owned in whole or in part in the village. Application forms for the license shall be made available by the village.
(C) Each container in excess of 30 cubic feet in volume is required to have displayed thereon a license, obtained from the village for the fee set forth herein.
