§ 97.03 FAILURE TO COMPLY.

Failure of any person as owner or agent, operator, member of any operating crew, engine person, firefighter, janitor, or in any other capacity, to comply with any provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a violation of this subchapter and shall be subject to the fines and penalties as provided in this chapter.
