§ 96.38 ERECTING PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY STRUCTURES.

No person shall construct or erect any building, tent, or structure of whatever kind in any park, whether permanent or temporary in character, or string any public service utility into, upon, or across any park, without first having obtained a written permit from the Board of Trustees.
