§ 96.30 DRIVING, PARKING IN PARK.
   (A)   No person shall bring, drive, use, or ride in any park, a vehicle which has not been licensed by the state, nor shall any person bring, drive, use, or ride any vehicle in any park except where authorized by the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   No person shall drive any vehicle in any park, except upon paved roads, parking areas, or other areas designated for such purposes and only then in accordance with posted signs as to speed, direction, parking, stopping, lane markings, and traffic controls.
   (C)   No person shall park any vehicle in any park, driveway, or parking area of a park between dusk and dawn, unless attending an authorized meeting or other activity in a park building nor shall any person leave any vehicle anywhere in a park more than 24 hours because of mechanical failure, nor shall any person fail to notify the Village Police Department and obtain the services of a tow truck for any vehicle that has failed to function within one hour of such failure.
