§ 96.16 ERECTION OF UNAUTHORIZED SIGNS.

No person shall paste, glue, tack, or otherwise affix or post any sign, placard, advertisement, or inscription whatever, nor erect or cause to be erected any sign whatever on any structure or thing in a park, except as authorized by the Board of Trustees.
