(A) Smoking is prohibited in all publicly owned buildings or within ten feet of an entrance to such building, except in any open air patio, veranda, balcony or the like.
(B) Smoking is prohibited in all buildings used for the purpose of educating children, any of whom are under the age of 18 years, or within ten feet of an entrance to such building.
