§ 93.72 REQUIRED SIGNS.
   Any commercial establishment, within the corporate boundaries of the village, which chooses to allow and/or permit smoking on their premises, is required to have affixed on the doors to their establishment, which are used by the public, a sign of at least four inches square, with letters of at least one-half inch in height, clearly written in the English language, notifying potential patrons that smoking is allowed on the premises, and to enter at their own risk.
