§ 93.71 SMOKING ALLOWED.

Notwithstanding Section 4 of the Cook County Clean Indoor Air Ordinance, smoking in all public places and places of employment is hereby declared to be legal in the village, subject only to such restrictions as existed under federal law, the Illinois Clean Indoor Air Act and city ordinances prior to the enactment of Cook County Ordinance 06-0-12.
