§ 93.36 REMOVAL NOTICE.

The village shall serve or cause to be served a notice upon the owner or occupant of any premises found to harbor or provide ingress to rats in violation of the provisions of this subchapter and to demand the extermination of the rats and the elimination of the means of ingress within five days.
