§ 93.16 OPEN FOUNDATIONS; BARRIERS.
   An open foundation or excavation site is regarded as an attractive nuisance, and will only be permitted providing that construction work is continuing. If construction work is halted for 30 days or more, the foundation or excavation must be enclosed by a protective barrier, such as a fence, acceptable to the Building Commissioner.
