§ 93.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF UNWHOLESOME BUSINESSES.

It shall be unlawful for anyone to establish or conduct any packing plant, slaughterhouse, rendery, tallow chandlery, soap factory, glue factory, tannery, or any offensive or unwholesome business within the village or within one mile of the limits thereof.
