(A) The Village Board of Trustees shall hold its regular meetings in the Orland Hills Village Hall, 16033 South 94th Avenue, Orland Hills, on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at the hour of 8:00 p.m. and no notice of such regular meeting shall be required.
(B) Special meetings may be held at any time on call of the President or any three or more Trustees. Such call shall be in writing, duly signed, and shall be presented to the Clerk, who shall proceed immediately to cause notice of the same to be served upon the President and Trustees in person or by registered letter. Such notice shall describe in brief the nature or object of the call.
